Hey Fear Mastery Folk! Starting a new video blog post series today on what I wish I had known when I was in the middle of my fight with anxiety and panic attacks. Even if you don’t fight anxiety at that level I think you’ll find these thoughts useful. There are some basics that ANY of us can use in our work to be masters of our fears and worries -
Also experimenting a little with the flipcam I’m using, so PLEASE let me know if you have any issues with volume or how it looks. Thanks! Happy Friday Fear Fighters!

I think the video blogs are super! Personally – it’s easier to listen that to read – and quicker. And the visual, personal connection is great. I think your video is well done, Erik. Do you ever post the entire written blog in addition to the video? Then people can watch and read if they like.

Thank you Tari! I’m getting a lot of good feedback here and at the blog about the videos. Appreciate your support in this enterprise!

Hi Erik!
You are now the only blog I officially “subscribe” to (I need to come out of the dark ages)! Thanks for the excellent video… it’s nice to see your handsome face! You pegged me… dizziness and numbness in my extremities are among my top as well. Desensitizing the dizziness and vertigo? Yikes… I think I feel a panic attack coming on just thinking about it! ; )
Keep up the great work… I hope you realize how many people you are helping! And I agree with another comment… the video blogs are great and easier to understand and relate to. Especially this one… it would be great for a person to watch while experiencing a panic attack. Sometimes a calm and friendly voice is all you need as a reminder that you are indeed okay, and you are not alone.

Thank you Ms. Shaynee! Isn’t it nice to know that you’re not the only one crazed by the anxiety of the physical warning signals of the Flight or Fight Response? Sure wish I had known!
And you can do this work, btw… I know it is scary to think about. If I can do it, anybody can…
Thank you for the comments on the videos! And I am thinking HARD on your last recommendation…

Thanks, the video is very helpful. Much easier to follow the video than just reading without a video. Very much appreciated and I look forward to more.

Erik, How does one work through fight or flight? Obviously I’ve been giving into flight for more than 22 years on and off, but I need to fight! What are the steps for that please…when you have a moment? Thank you!
